As soon as you have activated the synchronization of your activities in Microsoft outside of the timeghost application, these activities will be displayed to you as events in your personal feed, so that you can easily book them from here directly as recorded time on a project from your workspace. 


How exactly this works, you will learn here step by step:

Post an event to a project

First, go to Feed via the navigation menu on the left.

Now simply click on the event that you want to book on a specific 


If the event is not displayed immediately or you do not see it right away, you can also search for it specifically or filter by the event type.

Select the project from the project list to which you want to book your event.

If the required project is not displayed directly, you can again use the search function above.


If you have the appropriate permissions in your workspace, you can also create a new project from here if necessary.

After selecting the project, you can now check the details of your time booking again and revise them if necessary:

Tag(s) 

Date

Start Time

End Time 

Billability


In addition, via the display on the right side of the pop-up you have a calendar view of today, through which you can also move the time you are currently booking or change its start and/or end time.

If all the details are correct, you can complete the booking of your event by clicking the Post entry to project button below.

Depending on your settings, the booked event will either be hidden in your feed or marked with a green check mark.
