When creating a project, you have the choice between Billable and Non-billable, among other things.
Both options are a preset that will be applied as soon as you select a project when recording or booking a time.
You can of course change this suggestion every time in individual cases - that means you can of course also book a time that is not billable for a billable project or vice versa.
To create a project whose times should tend to or generally not be billable, proceed as follows:
Add a billable project
First, go to Projects via the navigation menu on the left.
Then click the Add Project button.
In the newly opened pop-up window, first enter the name of the new project
Optionally, you can also select a customer for the project.
Then open the dropdown via Additional Settings and mark the checkbox to the left of Billable.
At the same time, you also have the option of entering a manual time budget for the project.
In the last step, you create the project via Create Project.
In our knowledge database you find lots of instructions as well as an article on how you can set the project you just created to private.
