After you have logged into timeghost for the first time, you have 14 days to test timeghost in full functionality for free and without obligation. 


After this period, your workspace will need an upgrade for the number of users to be able to use it as before. You can also purchase additional licenses at any time after you have upgraded for the first time.


The upgrade can only be performed by an admin of the workspace - if no changes have been made here, the initial creator of the workspace is still the admin. A license is valid for one user and is bound to his workspace - for example, if you have 30 users in your workspace, you will need 30 licenses.


You can pay with Mastercard, Visa, PayPal or Microsoft Pay, and you can choose between monthly and annual billing. 


Below is a step-by-step guide on how to upgrade your workspace.

#01 Upgrade: Payment via credit card

First go to Team via the navigation menu and then select Upgrade.

Then, according to your preference, select the billing period you want - either monthly or yearly - by clicking Select plan.

Click Continue.

The current total number of your workspace users is already entered under Amount of users.

You can adjust this default value up or down if you want to invite more users to the workspace or if you need less licenses than the current number of users in your workspace.

Select your Country, enter the Postal code of your organization and click Continue.

Select Credit card.

Enter your Card number, the cardholder's Name, the card's Expiration date and the credit card Verification number, then click Subscribe now.

Close the buying process in timeghost by clicking Close.

If you now return to Team via the navigation, you will see that the licenses available for your workspace have been adjusted according to your upgrade.


The workspace is now available (again) with all its features for the indicated number of users.




#02 Upgrade: Payment via PayPal

First go to Team via the navigation menu and then select Upgrade.

Then, according to your preference, select the billing period you want - either monthly or yearly - by clicking Select plan.

Click Continue.

Select PayPal.

Log in to PayPal and complete the checkout process.

Close the buying process in timeghost by clicking Close.

The workspace is now available (again) with all its features for the indicated number of users.



#03 Upgrade: Payment via Microsoft Pay

First go to Team via the navigation menu and then select Upgrade.

Then, according to your preference, select the billing period you want - either monthly or yearly - by clicking Select plan.

Select Microsoft and click Continue.

The current total number of your workspace users is already entered under Amount of users.

You can adjust this default value up or down if you want to invite more users to the workspace or if you need less licenses than the current number of users in your workspace.

Select your Country, enter your organization's Zip code and click Continue.

Click Download now in the newly opened tab.

Enter the Email address of the account you want to use when purchasing apps in AppSource, and then Sign in.

If this is your first AppSource purchase, select your Billing location, tick the Checkbox below the dropdown and then click Confirm.

Check if the billing period and the number of users correspond to your wishes.

Then, if you have not already done so, enter your Payment details, click Save and wait a moment.

Now click Order and then authenticate to your credit card provider.

Your purchase will now be submitted. Do not close the browser and do not click the "Back" button while the loading gyroscope is still loading.

After the transfer you have to assign the purchased license(s) to a workspace - first click Microsoft Login.

Click Assign below the workspace to which you want to assign the licenses you just purchased.

You will then be redirected back to timeghost in your workspace.


If you now return to Team via the navigation, you will see that the licenses available for your workspace have been adjusted according to your upgrade.


The workspace is now available (again) with all its features for the indicated number of users.
