First, click on your Profile picture(/icon) - you can find it in Teams at the bottom left of your screen (in the web application at the top right).

Then select My Profile from the context menu.

Click the dropdown under Select Time Zone.

Click in the input search field and enter the region you want (e.g. "Berlin").

Select the region you want based on the suggestions ...
