We have provided the following template(s) especially for Trello:

o
| |
o
| Adds a new task of the same name in a selected project in timeghost when a new task is created in a particular Trello board
|
In the context of these short instructions, you will learn step by step how you can easily set up a flow that ensures that in future every time a new task card is created in Trello in a certain board, a task of the same name is also automatically created in timeghost in a by you defined project.
You do this as follows:
01 | First, log into both timeghost and Trello. |
02 | In timeghost go to Automation via the navigation menu. |
03 | Select Trello from the Templates. |
04 | Click Connect and then select Connect to Tasks from the context menu. |
05 | On the page that opens in a new tab, select Continue. |
06
| In the first box, use X to remove the pre-entered value from the Board-ID selection field and instead add [your Board] from Trello using the dropdown. |
07 | In the second box, use X to remove the pre-entered value from the Workspace selection field and instead add [your Workspace] from timeghost using the dropdown. |
08 | Use the X to remove the pre-entered value from the Client selection field and instead use the dropdown to add [the Client] to whom the project to which a task of the same name should be added in timeghost in the future is assigned. |
09
| Use X to remove the pre-entered value from the Project selection field and instead use the dropdown to add [the Project] from timeghost, to which a task of the same name should also be added when creating a task card in Trello. |
10
| Leave all other fields unchanged.
|
11
| Finally, klick Save below the boxes. |
12
| You will then be shown that your flow is complete. You can check it for correctness via Flow Check at the top right edge of the page. |
