When creating a project, you have the choice between Billable and Non-billable, among other things.

Both options are a preset that will be applied as soon as you select a project when recording or booking a time.


You can of course change this suggestion every time in individual cases - that means you can of course also book a time that is not billable for a billable project or vice versa.


To create a project whose times should tend to or generally not be billable, proceed as follows:

Create a non-billable project

First, go to Projects via the navigation menu on the left.

Then click the Add Project button.

In the newly opened pop-up window, first enter the name of the new project.

Optionally, you can also select a client for the project and set a manual time budget for this.

Finally, you create the project with Create Project.
