Tags are useful to subcategorize captured times independently or within projects according to self-defined characteristics.


Tags of a Workspace are available to every User of a Workspace at any time when capturing a time. 

The Administrator of a Workspace can define who is allowed to create Tags in the Workspace Settings.


If you are authorized to do so in your Workspace, create a new Tag as follows:

First, go to Tags via the navigation menu on the left.

Here you click the Add Tag button on the top right.

Enter a Name for the Tag you want to create, and then click the blue Create Tag button below it.

The Tag has now been created with the name you assigned and can be selected by all Users of your Workspace when capturing times in the future.
