timeghost Time tracking can be used directly in a web browser without opening Microsoft Teams. This is useful if you want to keep timeghost available in a separate window or tab while continuing to work in Teams or other applications.
Your workspace, permissions and time entries are the same regardless of whether you access timeghost through the browser or Microsoft Teams.
In short Open timeghost Time tracking in your browser, sign in with your Microsoft account and select the workspace you want to use. You can then use timeghost independently of the Microsoft Teams interface.

Open web.timeghost.io in your browser.
If you are not signed in yet, sign in with the Microsoft account associated with your timeghost access.
If you have already been invited to a workspace, timeghost will usually open that workspace directly after you sign in. If you have access to multiple workspaces, you can switch between them within timeghost.

Use timeghost independently of Microsoft Teams
Using timeghost in your browser can be particularly convenient if Microsoft Teams is an important part of your daily workflow.
For example, you can keep timeghost open in a separate browser tab or window while continuing to use chats, meetings, and other areas of Teams without having to switch back and forth within the Teams interface.
You are not tied to a single access method. You can use the same workspace in your browser and in Microsoft Teams whenever needed.

If you use timeghost regularly in your browser, you can bookmark web.timeghost.io for faster access.
Alternatively, you can install timeghost as a Progressive Web App (PWA). This allows you to open timeghost in its own application window and access it similarly to a standalone app.
