If you connect timeghost with Trello, you can automate work processes between the two platforms and save yourself administrative effort in the long term.

We have provided the following template(s) especially for Trello:

o

Adds a new task of the same name in a selected project in timeghost when a new task is created in a particular Trello board

o

Creates a board of the same name in Trello when a new project is added to your workspace in timeghost

o

Creates a new custom feed event in timeghost when a specific card is dragged to a selected list in Trello

As part of these short instructions, you will learn step by step how you can easily set up a flow that ensures that in future every time a by you pre-specified card is moved to a certain list in Trello, also

a corresponding event is created in your personal feed in timeghost.

You do this as follows:

01

First, log into both timeghost and Trello.

02

In timeghost go to Automation via the navigation menu.

03

Select Trello from the Templates.

04

Click Connect and then select Connect to Feed from the context menu.

05

On the page that opens in a new tab, select Continue.

06

In the first box, use X to remove the pre-entered value from the Board-ID selection field and instead add [your Board] from Trello using the dropdown.

07

Now, again using X, remove the pre-entered value from the List-ID selection field and use the dropdown to add the Trello list that contains the card for which timeghost should automatically create a new feed event for you every time it is dragged in the future.

08

In the second box, use to remove the pre-entered value from the Board-ID selection field and instead add [your Board] from Trello via the dropdown.

09

Now, again using X, remove the pre-entered value from the Card-ID selection field and use the dropdown to add the Card from Trello for whose movements a feed event is to be automatically created for you in the future.

10

Scroll down a little to the box with the green heading 'If yes'.

11

From this box, use X to remove the pre-entered value from the Workspace selection field and instead add [your Workspace] using the dropdown.

12

Use X to remove the pre-entered value from the User selection field and instead add [your User] via the dropdown.

13

Don't make any further changes and scroll further down to the bottom of the page.

14

Here you finally click Save.

15

You will then be shown that your flow is complete.

You can check it again for correctness via Flow Check at the top right edge of the page.
