If you are authorized to do so within your workspace, you can set public projects to private.
As a result, all members of your workspace will be able to view this project and its recorded times, as well as track times on it.
To turn a private project into a public project, do the following:

Set a private project public

1 | Go to Projects via the navigation menu on the left. |
2 | Click on the 3-point menu on the right side of the project that you want to make private and select Edit from the context menu.___________________________________________________________ |

4 | Confirm your changes with Save changes. |
