Team Activity serves as a quasi live ticker for all user activities in the workspace and provides information about the last 25 times captured by team members of the workspace or currently being captured live via the stopwatch mode.

Who can see or access the Team Activities navigation item can be set by the Administrator as follows:

First, go to Settings via the navigation menu on the left.

In the Details tab you will find the Permissions. 
Here you click on the first dropdown Can see Team Activity.

Use the context menu to select either Administrator(s) or Anyone.

Finally, save your changes by clicking Save Changes.
