The navigation point Profitability provides sensitive data regarding revenues and costs as well as resulting profits of projects and users. 


For this reason, only the administrator of the workspace is initially shown this navigation point. 

However, via the settings, you as the administrator can also authorize other groups or users from your workspace to do so.

Show profitability & hourly rates

First, go to Settings via the navigation menu.

In the Permissions section, click in the Can see hourly rates dropdown and then place a check checkbox next to the user(s) or/and group(s) whose members should have the Profitability navigation item displayed.

Finally, click the blue Save changes button at the bottom so that your changes are not lost.
